Dora Larsen is looking for an experienced, commercial, and driven E-commerce and Growth Manager. In this new role you’ll be responsible for analysing our customer and marketing performance data to inform our digital marketing strategy and help drive ecommerce traffic and sales to meet the company’s growth objectives. You will report into and work alongside the Senior Marketing and Content Manager, as well as working with both the Founders, to assist in executing their vision for the growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define, shape, research and implement e-commerce performance and growth strategies.
- Develop analytics and reporting on customer behaviour and marketing performance to inform overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and use analytics and reporting for continuous review and optimisation of the website.
- Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation.
- Perform thorough testing of all projects and content on the website.
- Drive strategic customer acquisition and retention across SEO, PPC, Affiliates, CRM and email in collaboration with the Senior Marketing and Content Manager.
- Ownership of the digital paid advertising strategy, in the UK and internationally in our core growth markets. Identify and test new ad formats, audiences and channels. Work closely with the Senior Marketing and Content Manager to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage projects and relationship with external SEO and website development agencies.
- Ensure that SEO guidelines and fundamentals are followed and work with the SEO agency in the development of the SEO strategy.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5 years experience, ideally with Shopify.
- Extensive experience with online advertising - Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience with Affiliate programmes, SEO and CRM.
- Strong analytical ability, able to extract relevant information from e.g. Google Analytics to provide quality analysis and insight to inform our digital strategy and measure our marketing performance.
- HTML knowledge (desired, not essential).
